What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is business/formal. We look forward to seeing you dressed to impress!
What is the weather like in the area?
Tampa is beautiful year-round! In October, you can expect warm days and pleasant evenings, perfect for celebrating indoors & outdoors.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors at the Grand Hyatt on the 14th-floor Skylark Terrace. The cocktail hour will be held indoors in the Skylark lobby, followed by dinner and dancing indoors in the Skylark Ballroom.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay offers ample parking for guests. Self-parking fees will be waived for wedding guests. Valet parking is available, please refer to the hotel website for current rates.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
RSVP responses will be taken online through this website. Please see the "RSVP" tab above.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 1, 2025.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive with enough time to navigate through the hotel and up to the 14th floor. Seating will begin at 4:30 PM.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
You will have the option of seafood or beef when you RSVP. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we will have a fully stocked open bar for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Cheers!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you refrain from having phones out during the ceremony. However, feel free to take photos during the rest of the evening when appropriate. We’ll share professional photos with all attendees after the wedding.
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
Absolutely! Please find the link to our registry included on this website in the navigation bar above.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Plus ones are welcome if your invitation indicates so.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Children are welcome if your invitation specifies they are included.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing TallmanHellerWedding@gmail.com or call Kelley Utterback at 770-298-0373 so we can adjust accordingly.
