Jose asked Christina to be his girlfriend on December 06, 2020. They both grew interest in going to the gym together, signing up for 5ks, traveling and takeout meals together because of Covid.


On March 17, 2023 trip to La Magdalena, Mexico ending the night with a proposal in front of the church full of emotions celebrate the night with Joses family. From there, they moved in together and started fostering a dog name Luna and fell in loved with her. On August 16, 2023 adopted Luna and is part of their pack!
