Our love story began in the most unexpected of places – a university comedy club meeting. I, Matthew, an adventurous and funny guy, welcomed Christina, a spontaneous and outgoing soul, who sat beside me during our very first gathering. Little did I know that this chance seating arrangement would change my life forever.

Friendship blossomed between us before love ever entered the picture. Our shared love for laughter brought us together, with Christina's smart wit always keeping me on my toes. It wasn't until I made her laugh so hard she snorted at a silly joke that I knew there was something more between us.

Cooking together and playing board games soon became our favorite pastimes. But it was during the challenges we faced together, like the Covid-19 lockdowns on campus, that our bond grew even stronger. Those movie nights under the stars and late-night study sessions became cherished memories that solidified our love.

When the time came to propose to Christina, I wanted to make it special. Surrounded by our friends and club members, on the same stairs where our first date took place, I asked her to be my partner for life. And she said yes, filling my heart with endless joy and gratitude.
