Like all good stories this one starts with Christina’s mom.    Jon had just moved to New Orleans to work at a healthcare start-up. Susan (Christina’s mom) worked for the hospital they were partnering with. They started working together, became fast friends (Susan is fast friends with everyone), and pretty soon she said “you should meet my daughter!”. Jon agreed, Susan ghosted on the offer.    A few years later Christina came to work at the same company as Jon. Jon may have been Christina’s boss, which Christina likes to point out. That she had switched teams before they started, Jon will defensively respond.    But the rest of the story is pretty average, a global pandemic hits, the two are traveling the country, and find each other in Francisco for a co-worker picnic that ends up becoming a co-worker date. Jon extends his one day layover in San Fransisco by 3 weeks.    Over the course of three years they would go on to live in the same city, different cities, take jobs, lose jobs and face all the highs and lows in-between, together. Today we find them hosting themed shabbat dinners, traveling the world, and walking their beloved Milo (AKA Man, AKA Monkey Man, AKA Schnoodle) around the Lower East Side.    Come celebrate the next step in their story together!
