WHEN AND WHERE DO I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 9-1-25. Having trouble with the website? No problem! Text Christine or Zackery with your RSVP. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed, but we completely understand! Please RSVP "no" on our website as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We understand plans change so this includes guest that have RSVP "yes" and are now not able to attend. If you have RSVP "yes" and are not able to attend, please update on our website as soon as possible (even if it's after 9-1-25) so we can plan accordingly. Having trouble with the website? WHAT IF I DO NOT RESPOND "YES" OR "NO" TO RSVP?

We will reach out to invited guest that have not responded before the deadline of 9-1-25 to ensure all invited guests are accounted for. After 9-1-25 we will have no choice, but to send our vendors our final headcount. While we are saddened that we won't be able to celebrate with you on our wedding day, we look forward to seeing you soon.

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

We are so excited to celebrate with you! While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items to help us kickstart our life together. Our registry can be found under the "registry" tab.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list due to venue restriction on guest limit. Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We truly wish we could invite all our guests' children to our wedding; however, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families due to venue restriction on guest limit. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail Attire: We want all our guests to be comfortable at our wedding, so we have gone with a more relaxed dress code. Gentlemen: Nice pair of jeans with a formal top or slacks and a dress shirt. Closed-toe shoes. Ladies: Classic dress or boho-chic jumpsuit. Heels, wedges, or flats.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved due to the venue location, there are some Airbnb's and hotels located in Harriman, TN. You will find more Airbnb's and hotels in Crossville, TN. Hotels in Crossville, TN: Holiday Inn Express #931-707-1035 and Hampton Inn #931-707-7170.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

We are not providing transportation to and from the venue due to location, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. After you park, walk towards the venue, and you will be greeted by staff members to direct you where to go. If you leave your car overnight, you will have to pick it up no later than 7am Central Time the following day.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Our wedding ceremony will be at 5pm Central Time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking and to find a seat. If your arrival time is after 5pm Central Time there will be staff members to direct you.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After we say, "I do," guest will go straight into the reception where beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, food, and dessert will be available. No need to wait on the Bride and Groom to start! Family will stay behind for dances before joining the reception. Lastly, after the Bride and Groom are announced into the reception they will go straight to the "Dogwood Meadows Wedding Venue" backdrop to greet their guests and take photos.

WILL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BE SERVED?

Yes, we will have an open bar with beer and wine available.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END?

The reception will end at 10pm Central Time with sendoff to follow. Only venue team members will be allowed on the property after 10:30pm Central Time.
