Room Block is full but you can still book here at the public rate.

The Hampton Inn is located in Oxford, Maine, which is approximately 25 minutes from the venue. There is no minimum night stay required. To reserve a room in the room block, click the link below or if calling to make reservations mention Carnes-Marra Wedding.

Rooms are first come first serve and are limited. Please book ASAP to guarantee the room block.

The pickup point for the shuttle to and from the wedding will be located outside of the Hampton Inn. Please check back closer to the wedding date for updated shuttle times.

SHUTTLE TIME: 2:00PM

Please be ready to go and in the lobby or right outside of the hotel by 1:50PM . 2 buses will arrive at the hotel at 2:00pm

Bus #1 will depart the hotel at 2:10 pm

Bus #2 will depart the hotel at 2:15 pm

Both buses will bring you directly to the Ceremony.

**If you are staying at the Oxford Inn Casino you will need to walk across the street to the Hampton Inn to get the buses as they are not prohibited to pick up at the casino.

UPDATE! (4/26/2019)

Oxford Casino recently started doing room blocks!!

Guests choose “Book Now” and then select the “Group Sign In” button at the top of the page. Use the two-digit Group Booking ID# 91 to enter into the “Group Code” box on the website– this will open a window with your specific event dates and group rates.

Block rate will only be available until 5/18/2019 at which point any un-booked rooms get released back to the public rate. If you have already booked please contact me (christinecarnes1@gmail.com).

Guests should note that check-in time for the Oxford Casino Hotel is at 4:00 pm, but do try and check-in earlier as rooms should be ready prior to that time. Guests staying at the Oxford Casino will need to take the casino shuttle or walk to the Hampton Inn across the street for pickup to and from the wedding. Please note all shuttle times. The casino does not allow busses to enter their parking lot.

Since guests will be picked up at the Norway Town Office and shuttled to the event, many of our guests have chosen to go through Airbnb and find local places in downtown Noway that are walking distance to the town office. Downtown Norway is very quaint and has many coffee shops and restaurants to choose from if you plan to stay an extra day or for the trek back home in the morning! Also, if you choose to stay in downtown Norway you will not need to worry about driving to the town office, leaving a car, and diving your car back to the hotel that evening--less hassle!

Shuttle will arrive at the parking lot at 2:15PM.

DEPATURE TIME: 2:30PM

Shuttle will bring you directly to the Ceremony. There is only ONE PICK UP at this location.
