Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?
Yes! We will be providing a shuttle to the venue from Hotel Indigo in Bath. It will leave the Hotel at 1:40pm. Please note: Bath is a 35-minute drive from Chippenham so we suggest taking the shuttle provided or use a taxi. The shuttle bus will also take you back to Hotel Indigo in Bath at the end of the night. We will have 2 shuttle departure times: 10:15pm and 12:00am. If you wish to leave at another time, we will have taxi's readily available.
Will there be transportation to and from the welcome party?
While there will be transportation for the wedding day, The Ivy is a 10 minute walk from our recommended hotel (Hotel Indigo Bath) and it's in the city center! Taxi's are also readily available in Bath if your accommodation is not in the city centre.
What are the shuttle bus pick up times?
The shuttle bus will arrival at Hotel Indigo for a pick up at 1.40pm on 16th June to take you to the wedding ceremony. You can still take the shuttle bus if you aren't staying at the Hotel Indigo, but this will be the pick up and drop off point in Bath.
If you are making your own way to the wedding ceremony, please arrive at 2.30pm for 3pm ceremony start.
When should I RSVP by?
Please send us your RSPV's no later than 30th March 2024.
Are children allowed?
While we do love your little ones, we kindly ask this be an adults-only occasion.
What is the dress code?
For the Wedding Day, please wear garden party formal attire - long dresses and suits are encouraged! Please note part of the wedding will take place outside on a grass lawn, so we advise against stiletto heels or wear heel stoppers.
What time does the wedding finish?
The evening party will finish at midnight.
What are the timings of the wedding events?
Welcome Party at The Ivy on 15th June - 7:30pm - 10:30pm.
Wedding Day at Kin house - 3pm - midnight.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
Please arrive by 2:30pm for a 3pm Ceremony start time.
