Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the closest airport, just 15–20 minutes from downtown and the Four Seasons. Most major airlines offer direct flights from around the country.

Important Travel Tip:

Starting May 7, 2025, TSA requires a REAL ID (or passport) to board domestic flights. If you're flying in for the wedding, please double-check your ID is compliant so you don’t run into any airport surprises!

Austin is easy to navigate — Uber and Lyft are both widely available, and many downtown spots are walkable. You likely won’t need a rental car unless you plan to explore outside the city.

We’ve reserved two hotel room blocks to help make your stay in Austin as easy and enjoyable as possible. You’re also more than welcome to book an Airbnb or stay elsewhere if you prefer—just keep in mind that options outside of our room blocks may fill up well in advance. Our hotel blocks are held until early September, offering a little more flexibility, but we still recommend booking as soon as you can!

Our wedding weekend overlaps with Austin City Limits (ACL) Festival, one of the city’s largest events. Hotels and Airbnbs tend to book quickly and prices may rise, so we recommend reserving your accommodations as early as possible. Traffic near Zilker Park may also be heavier than usual—plan for extra travel time when heading into the city or exploring nearby attractions.
