Will parking be provided at the venue?
Yes. There are 80 parking spots right next to the venue at 416 Wabash at no cost to guests. If the lot is full, there is a parking garage next to the venue as well but it would be for a fee.
What time does the event start?
The venue will be open at 6:00pm so you can come in and find a seat and relax before the ceremony which starts at 6:30. We have the place until 11:00pm.
Will there be assigned seating?
No. There will not be assigned seats. Find a spot on either side with whomever you choose! Maybe just leave the front tables for family members. The ceremony is cabaret style so you sit where you will also be sitting for dinner! Easy peasy.
Are kids welcome at this wedding?
Yes. Feel welcome to bring your kiddos along. Just please send the correct number of guests on the RSVP form. Or, get a babysitter and have a kids free night. Either way is fine with us! As long as everyone brings their dancing shoes we are good. 😊
Will dinner be served? Is it plated or buffet style?
Yes. Dinner will be served right after the ceremony around 7:00pm. It is a buffet style so come hungry and eat up. I hope everyone likes Italian because Maggianos is catering. There are vegetarian options as well.
Will drinks be provided?
Yes! We will have an open bar so come thirsty. This also includes soft drinks and non alcoholic beverages.
Do you recommend any hotels for overnight stay?
Yes! The Hilton Garden Inn downtown Indianapolis has a room block for our wedding for a discounted rate. It is very close to the venue and right off of monument circle. See more info in the Travel section. Uber and Lyft are always great options to get to and from the hotel and the wedding venue 416 Wabash.
