When should I RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 31st so we can finalize all the details.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
No, they are at separate locations. The ceremony will take place at St. Leo Catholic Church in Versailles, and the reception will be held at Manchester Music Hall in Lexington.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony is a full Catholic Mass and will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive and be seated by 1:50 PM to allow time for parking and settling in before the procession begins.
How do I RSVP?
It’s easy! Just click the RSVP tab on this site, type in your name, and follow the prompts. No stamps, no stress—just a few clicks and you’re in!
Can I bring a guest?
If they made the invite or pop up when you RSVP, they’re in! Otherwise, we’re keeping the list to those we’ve planned for—thanks for rolling with us!
Can I bring my children?
As much as we love your kiddos, this will be a grown-up celebration! We’re only including children from immediate family, if they made the invite or pop up when you RSVP, they’re in. So grab a sitter, dress up, and get ready for a fun night out!
What are the bridesmaids and groomsmen wearing?
The crew’s rocking a classy vibe in blues, blacks, and whites. Groomsmen will be looking sharp in tuxedos, and bridesmaids will be stunning in floor-length dresses. They’re basically the dream team of style! Feel free to wear blues and blacks!
What is the dress code?
Think semi-formal glam—sharp suits, elegant dresses, and if you’ve got a tux, now’s your time to shine! Just keep prints and flashy colors on a little leash so the bridal party can strut their stuff and steal the spotlight.
What’s the parking situation?
Parking is wide open and ample at both venues—no worries there! Planning to enjoy a few extra cocktails at the reception? Feel free to leave your car overnight and catch an Uber or Lyft home safely. They’ll even let you pick it up Sunday morning—because we want everyone to have fun and get home safe!
Is there shuttle transportation between venues?
No shuttle this time—think of it as your chance to catch a mini adventure between spots! Since most guests will be staying in Lexington, getting around with rideshares, carpool buddies, or UBER should be a breeze.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
It is all happening indoors—because rain or shine, nothing’s stopping this Bride and Groom from saying “I do!” So come ready to celebrate in cozy, weather-proof style.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Nope—this is an unplugged ceremony! Put those phones away, soak in the moment, and save your camera skills for the reception, where there will be plenty of photo ops (and maybe some silly dance moves to capture)!
What’s the best airport to fly into?
The closest airport is Blue Grass Airport (LEX) in Lexington—just a short drive from all the wedding festivities. If you’re looking for more flight options, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is about an hour away and offers a wider range of flights. Either way, you’ll be touching down in the heart of Kentucky, ready to celebrate!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
That’s a hard no—from your bride, your planner, and your friendly neighborhood event manager. Bringing outside alcohol could risk the venue’s liquor license (yikes!), and trust us—it’s just not worth it. We’ve got plenty of drinks covered, so please don’t make us be the bad guys... or worse, have to kick you out ourselves. 😘
What’s the event timeline?
Here’s how the celebration’s going down—get ready for good vibes and great memories:
2:00–3:30 PM – Ceremony (a full Catholic Mass)
4:30 PM – Cocktail hour featuring a build-your-own salad station—because greens taste better when you’re in control
6:00–7:00 PM – Dinner time!
By 8:00 PM – Formalities are finished and the dance floor is officially open. Time to party like rock stars (and yes, we know some of you actually are).
10:00 PM – Karaoke begins—bring your stage presence and your best ROCK or COUNTRY energy!
Drinks:
We’ll be serving spirited and free-spirited beverages from 4:30 to 9:30 PM. After that, it’s a cash bar—so if you’ve got a signature drink in mind and it’s not on the list, this is your moment to flex that Platinum Card.
