Yes! There will be a parking attendant directing guests where to park and enter the venue.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There is an indoor venue that will serve as a backup option if the weather does is not favorable for an outdoor wedding. Following the ceremony and reception, the remainder of the festivities will be held indoors.

Lyons has limited accommodations so we recommend most guests stay in Longmont or Boulder. We have room blocks set up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Further information can be found on our Travel page.

Yes, there will be transportation available to and from the wedding venue and the hotel. Please be sure to stay at the blocked hotel or near it to use this service. Transportation will pick up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Boulder Longmont at 3:15pm and will return at 10pm to pick up guests after the reception has ended. 1089 S Hover St, Longmont, CO 80501, USA
