The DIA collection is regarded as among the top six museums in the United States with an encyclopedic collection which spans the globe from ancient Egyptian and European works to contemporary art. It is free for residents of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. It costs $20 for adult non-residents and $10 for senior and student non-residents.
