The ceremony will be held at 4:30 PM on Saturday, October 19th, 2024. Seating will begin around 4:00 PM. Please arrive early to find a seat.

You can RSVP using the RSVP card included in your invitation or on the RSVP tab. You can RSVP for all wedding events on that tab. Please RSVP by SEPTEMBER 19TH, 2024.

Those listed on your invitation are invited to the wedding. Unfortunately, due to limited space at the venue we can only accommodate a certain number of guests.

Unfortunately, no. We love your children but, due to limited space at the venue we can only accommodate children of our immediate family members in wedding party.

Boho Chic! For attire, ladies, think lacey, flowing dresses and rustic fall colors. For the guys, think jeans and a nice button down. We want you to be comfortable but classy! This is a rustic outdoor event so comfortable walking shoes, flats, or cowboy/cowgirl boots are recommended. Shoes must be worn at all times at the venue, so make sure to choose your dancing shoes! It may be chilly during the ceremony so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.

We have reserved a block of rooms at both the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fenton (Friday & Saturday) as well as the Comfort Inn & Suites (Saturday ONLY). You can reserve your room by visiting our website on the “Travel” tab or by calling the hotel and mentioning the Mitchell Eastin Wedding.

On the wedding day, transportation will be provided from both hotels to and from the venue.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available and you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and to pick up the next morning.

For the ceremony, we kindly request that it remain unplugged with a designated photo opportunity. please silence and put away your phone to be respectful of the couple and the photographers. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos you want! We want to see and share all the memories so please tag the bride on Facebook and Instagram @kaileemitchell and don’t forget to use the wedding hashtag #eastinbound

Michigan Octobers are very random so it could be a cool, crisp 60 degree day or it could be 70 degrees and sunny. It also could drizzle or snow (hopefully not). Bring a jacket just in case it's chilly.

If it rains then the ceremony will be hosted inside of the barn.

All of our guests are invited to join us for a breakfast buffet on Sunday, October 20th, 2024 hosted from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Vale Royal Barn.
