Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please allow yourself 10-15 minutes to get parked and seated. We understand sitting in the 85° weather will not be enjoyable for long, so we promise not to keep you waiting! Please be advised~ late arrivals, if the ceremony has started please watch from the edge of the grass, as to not cause a commotion.

The ceremony is taking place in a grass meadow. Cocktail hour and reception to follow a short walk away under a large tent. People mover shuttle will be present to help for those who need it. Please note there is gravel throughout the property and to dress accordingly.

The attire is semi formal- But dress appropriately for the heat please, sun dresses, and shorts are all fine by us on an hot July day

Light appetizers, Fat Zach’s pizza and lots of beverage options! Bring your appetites (vegan options provided.)

While we have covered the bar tab for the night, cash tips are always appreciated for our lovely vendors.

As we all know having a sea of cell phones in the background of our professionally taken photos during the ceremony is not really the aesthetic anyone is going for... Please refrain from using personal devices during these extremely important moments of our lives.

Please let us know as soon as possible. All payments per head have been made to vendors and we would love to invite one of our treasured friends to attend in your +1's place.
