Chris and Bethany met when they were 9 and 8 years old, and both of them moved to Calvary Apostolic Church. This was in 2012. They kept their distance from each other, mostly because they both annoyed each other. It wasn't until 2016 that they started to develop a crush on one another but didn't pursue it until 2017 when they were 14 and 13. That is when Chris decided to ask Bethany to be his girlfriend. The bad news was that Bethany wasn't allowed to date until she was 16, and that is when Chris said, "That'sokay, I'llwaitforyou. So, for three long years, they grew to become very strong in their friendship and helped each other become close to their goals with God. They learned and grew with each other until Bethany finally turned 16. That is when Chris came to her house even though he was very sick, just to ask her out for the final time. They dated for 2 years, 11 months, and 28 days. Those years were some of the most challenging years for both of them since this is the time that most people are figuring out who they are and what they are meant to do for God. Even though it was hard, they worked together and helped one another figure it out. In these years, months, and days, they started to build a stronger relationship with one another and realized how much they truly cared for and needed each other. In those years, they started to talk about the future; what they wanted to do, and where they wanted to go in life. It always ended with the idea of what IF we got married. Finally on the 2nd year, 11th month and the 29th day that IF became a WILL YOU, and now 1 year, 6 months and 26 days, a lot of planning and stress we will be making that WILL YOU into I DO.
