Our Wedding

Our journey began years ago at a family gathering, where DeShaundra attended with a childhood friend who happened to be Chris’s cousin. Life brought us together again as young adults while working at JCPenney. We went on a few dates but eventually went our separate ways, not knowing what the future had in store. Fifteen years passed without a word between us. Then, one day, Chris reached out to DeShaundra on Instagram. A simple message led to lunch, and before we knew it, we had fallen in love. Fate had brought us back together, and this time, we knew it was forever.

How we Met

Our love story took a meaningful turn on New Year’s Day when we officially became a couple. From that moment on, we were inseparable, naturally merging our lives together as if it was always meant to be. Then, on Christmas morning, as DeShaundra was making breakfast in the kitchen, Chris chose the perfect, intimate moment to propose. In the heart of our home, surrounded by love and warmth, we took the next step in our journey promising forever to each other.
