-MORE TRAVEL TIPS-

Flights

Closest airport is going to be Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Miami airport is about a 35 min ride to the cruise port.

Orlando (MCO) is about a 3 hour drive to the cruise port.

It is highly suggested by the cruise line to fly in the day before embarkment day and to fly out the day after disembarkation or a very late in the evening flight home.

Though the times listed for departing the dock at 4:30pm boarding begins at a selected time when you checkin online (some as early as noon) and if you are not onboard no later than 90 mins before departing you will not be permitted to board the ship.

Also though the arriving back at port is listed for 6am you might not deboard the ship until much later in the morning even up to 11am.

Packing

SPF-

Pack more than you think you'll need. The sun is much closer in this location so even if you don't normally burn you'll want to pack that SPF for this trip!

We suggest a minimum of 1-2 bottles of spray SPF per person for the 4 night trip or 1 bottle of lotion for 2 people. Don't forget spf lip balm!

Aloe-

you'll be glad you packed it if your spf washes off before you get a chance to reapply it!

Hats-

We suggest large floppy hats or

panama hats. Ball Caps. Anything you can wear at the beach and don't mind if it gets wet is a great option.

Shoes-

Sandals-

We are at the beach so make sure to bring those sandals or flip flops!

Close toed shoes for laser tag or the rock wall.

Swim wear and Cover ups-

You will want to bring your swim suits and cover ups.

Don't forget something to cover those shoulders when the sun has kissed them a bit too much! We also suggest bringing cover ups you can throw on over your swim wear to grab lunch at the restaurants. Beach linen pants, flowy beach dresses, whatever you prefer but restaurants do not allow just swimwear unless at the pool deck bars.

Outerwear-

Light jacket or cardigans it can get chilly in the AC in the evenings at the restaurants and windy out on deck

Casual Attire-

Sundresses, Shorts, Tee shirts, Tank tops

Smart Casual-

In restaurants, Shows, Lounges. Short sleeve button ups, Blouses, Dresses, Nice jeans or pants

Resort Formal-

Gentlemen: Slacks, Long or short sleeve Button up shirt, dinner jacket or suit jacket optional, ( feel free to have fun with colors and patterns), ties optional

Shoes-

dress shoes, nice loafers or even clean nice sneakers (Ie: vans, converse, or similar. Not running sneakers)

Ladies: Long dresses, cocktail dresses, ( resort formal dresses can be more colorful or fun patterns , flowy or more breathable fabrics), Nice pants suits

Shoes-

Heels, Wedges, Nice sandals, nice loafers or even clean nice sneakers (Ie: vans, converse, or similar. Not running sneakers)

-ROOM TYPES-

TIPS:

If you get Motion sickness the center and lower decks have less rocking.

Elevators are great to be close to AND MAKE IT MUCH EASIER TO GET AROUND but also can be a little noisy if you are directly next to them but not too bad.

-

Balconies and windows are totally worth it if you love the ocean.

Jr Suites are best if you would like a bit more space to stretch out in your room and especially some extra elbow room in the shower jr suites have a full bathtub shower. (all non -suite rooms have stand up showers about 2.5ftx2.5ft).

-

LOCATION

We would suggest picking your room location (especially if you get motion sickness) but that is entirely your choice.

Mid of the ship is centrally located to everything .

Forward of the ship is closer to the pools and theater.

AFT of the ship is closest to the Dining room and buffet.

Selections at checkout:

MY TIME DINING

Be sure to select "MY TIME DINING" so that you can have a more flexible dining option in the main dining room. You are not obligated to dine there but it will be an included option among other locations.

-

Gratuity in advance

We would suggest paying the Gratuity in advance option either way it will be the same amount added at the end of your cruise and you will need to go by the front desk to pay it your last night on board.

-

Refundable deposit

Refundable deposit entirely is up to you it just changes the rate of the room meaning either your booking is refundable or non refundable before the final payment is due

-

Vacation Protection

We highly suggest getting the Vacation Protection if you read the coverage policy it even includes medical and baggage amongst much more.

-

If you like very detailed records be sure to screenshot all of the info on this final page they send a confirmation but this breaks it down.
