When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 6, 2026!

What is the best airport to use?

Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT) is the closest airport. The venue is about 30 minutes from this airport. It is also close to the heart of town, near many lodging options and recreational activities.

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is free on-site parking at the venue. There will not be any shuttle services, but if you choose to Uber/Lyft after the wedding, you can leave your cars at the venue!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the grass yard, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside a large air-conditioned tent with concrete floors. The walk to the ceremony from the tent is all grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended, and western boots are a great option!

What will the weather and climate like in the area?

Hot. The weather in this high-desert area is toasty in the summer time. We don't get rain often during summer months, so prepare for full sunshine. We will provide lots of water to help with hydration but recommend sunscreen and sunglasses! Cool dresses for women and short sleeves for men are good options to stay comfortable.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Our dress code is semi formal. We invite you to dress with a western-twist, if you would like! Think dresses, skirts, button down shirts and slacks. Cowboy boots are encouraged, heels/dress shoes are great other options. We want you ready to celebrate, dance, and enjoy the evening!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for you understanding-- we are so excited to celebrate together!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Children that are invited will be listed on the RSVP similar to a plus one. We just ask that parents supervise their little ones throughout the event. However, if you take this opportunity for a fun night out, we won't judge ;)

What type of food will you serve at your wedding?

We will be serving a nacho bar during our cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner with a chicken or brisket option and many sides to choose from.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Both main dishes will be gluten free, there will also be sides that can accommodate gluten free and dairy free allergies.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception with a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. However, we do recommend bringing cash to tip our hard-working bartenders.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. We recommend arriving 15-30 minute prior to find a seat.

What time does the reception end?

Due to the Mesa County ordinance, the event must end at 10:00 and last call will be at 9:30 pm.
