Lake Tahoe is 45 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe airport, so yes, you will need to find a mode of transportation to get to So. Lake. Our travel section lists some options, such as a rental car, taxi, or shuttle. Car-pooling is also suggested if you know any guests who are attending.
If I take a shuttle from airport, can someone pick me up at the drop-off?
The South Tahoe Airporter shuttle drops off at Harvey's casino in So. Lake, which is a 5-minute walk from our hotel. If you prefer, we can meet and walk you to the hotel. Or we can drive and pick you up if you are staying elsewhere.

It's a 42-minute walk and a 6-minute drive, so we suggest you drive, taxi, or carpool with someone.
Will there be catered food at the reception?
Yes, we will have a "Taco Bar" for everyone to enjoy. There will also be a vegetarian option for specific guests. So, if we don't already know you are a vegetarian, please let us know so we can advise our caterer.
