Getting There:

Rome, GA is a small town located an hour and twenty minutes north of Atlanta. You can fly into either Atlanta, GA (ATL) or Chattanooga, TN (CHA).

We recommend renting a car, as Uber availability is sparse in Rome.

Helpful Hint: Try to plan your travel to avoid Atlanta's rush hour.

ATL to Rome: 79.9 Miles

CHA to Rome: 73.8 Miles

Accommodations:

Once in Rome, we recommend staying at one of the two hotels where we have reserved room blocks, Hawthorne Suites or Courtyard Marriott.Both hotels are located right off Broad Street in Rome's Historic Downtown, and ~15 minutes from the wedding venue, Kingston Downs.

Hawthorne Suites is an old steam engine factory that was converted into a spacious and airy hotel in 2004, also home to the popular bar/lounge, Off Broad.

Courtyard Marriott, just across the river, is a more contemporary hotel, opened in 2017.

These hotels will sell out, so we recommend booking well in advance.

The wedding shuttle will be picking up from Hawthorne Suites and Courtyard Marriott on the wedding day.
