What will the wedding day/night timeline look like?
Guests should arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, where there will be light hors d'oeuvre and drinks served. The reception will end at 10:00 PM sharp and guests are welcome to come back to the Pala Mesa Resort at the bar for an after party event that will go until 12 AM.
Will there be transportation available?
We highly recommend Ubering to the venue.
There will be bus transportation at the end of the night to take guests back to Pala Mesa Resort where the after party will be.
You are more than welcome to drive to the venue and leave your car overnight to take the shuttle back to the hotel (The property is gated and this is a very common thing wedding guests do at this venue and is safe to do). There is plenty of parking at the venue and cars will need to be moved by 1pm the following day!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We will be unplugged during our ceremony, so we ask that you please leave your phones off and in your pockets or purses until after the ceremony is finished.
Are kids allowed?
Although we love your children, we are having an adult-only wedding (with the exception of the flower girl and ring bearer). We acknowledge and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be formal attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or sports coat. Ceremony will be outside in the grass and the reception will be held in a tent outside. Dancing will take place in the tent.
