General Information

When and where is the wedding?

3pm, Saturday July 5th, 2025 at Ten Point Acres in Brandywine, MD

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:30pm and seated by 2:55pm. Parking attendants will assist guests upon arrival.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors under a shaded pavilion. All guests will be provided with a fan, complimentary water and lite bites during the ceremony. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors. The wedding reception will be indoors.

RSVP and Attendance

How do I RSVP?

After receiving your wedding invitation in the mail, please complete our online form via this website.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your wedding invitation will specify if you have been allotted a plus one.

Are children allowed?

Outside of ceremony participants, children will not be allowed.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Guests can specify whether they have dietary restrictions on their RSVP form. Our wedding day menus will accommodate all dietary needs.

What happens if I can't attend?

We encourage guests to notify us as soon as possible if anything changes with your attendance status.

Ceremony and Reception Details

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Our wedding ceremony is unplugged — we kindly ask that all guests turn off their phones once the ceremony has begun.

Is there a gift registry?

Your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift of all. However, if you feel inclined to give, the couple kindly requests monetary gifts to help them begin this new chapter in their lives.

Will there be a meal?

During the ceremony, the guests will be provided with a small snack box and bottled water. Immediately following the ceremony, there will be hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour and a full services buffet at the reception.

Can I post on social media?

Guests are welcome to share the cocktail hour and reception via social media. Please use our hashtag #AHaymanAffair.

If I need a quiet space, where should I go?

We have a designated 'Quiet Room' for guests who need to observe prayer times, administer medication for themselves, or mothers who need a place to pump. There will be signage as well as our events team on the ground who will gladly direct you to the room.

Are there any surprises planned?

Immediately following the reception, we encourage guests to gather in the parking lot to begin a sparkler send off for the newlyweds.
