Clark and Chynna’s love story begins the old fashioned way- at a bar!





In March of 2013- Clark had moved back to OKC after living briefly in Crested Butte, Co his senior year of college.. within just a couple hours of being back in OKC he finds himself going out with friends in his hometown to see a Grateful Dead cover band, called Electric Okie Test at VZDs.





On the other side of town in Edmond, OK, Chynna gets invited to go see some music and hangout in the city. She’d never been to vzds and didn’t know a lot of the people that would be there- but she loved Grateful Dead music and happily accepted the invite! (Thanks Anna😉)






The bar is buzzing with Grateful Dead fans of all ages, friends who hadn’t seen each other in a while, cheap drinks and good tunes… 



As fate would have it, Clark and Chynna find themselves sitting at the same table and quickly start chatting and joking around. He tells her about some of his travels, and suddenly she notices something… he’s super HOT! (Clark would like to interject here and say he had the same realization) 



They play it cool though.. the music starts and like 2 magnets that have to be near… they are inseparable! Clark and Chynna dance together all night… and as they say it was truly “LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!”




Their story keeps going of course, and it’s loooong ;)
They find more and more things they have in common and within months of knowing each other they pack up their car and follow their favorite band Widespread Panic.



This is only the beginning though as they both have some growing up to do!
Clark moves back to CB to be with his first love, skiing!



Chynna moves to LA and travels to India to become a yoga instructor..

Life and distance happens, but their love never faded. They always knew they’d end back up right where they belong… Together!!! 





Over the last several years they have both been living in Crested Butte, Colorado, with their dog Pizza where they happily call home!
