Ciara skipped the Gasparilla Day Parade in 2018, but ended up wanting to go out at night. Her and Tiffany decided to go out to Ybor that night to take part in some of the fun that Gasparilla brings to a 22 year old. How they ended up in a greasy bar in Ybor, is still a big question. JT and his friends had been out during the day, at the parade, and were headed to go "see the lights, and get piping hots" in ybor.
