Offsite Accommodations:

Conveniently located just ten minutes from our venue is the charming Brookdale Lodge. We've secured a block of rooms under 'The Wallace Wedding' for our offsite guests. To reserve, simply call the lodge directly and mention our event.

Shuttle Service:

Guests who are driving up for the day and not staying the night at The Waterfall Lodge will be shuttled to our venue. Driving directly to The Waterfall Lodge will not be an option due to limited parking.

Q: Which airport should I fly into?

A :San Jose Mineta International Airport

Q: What should I wear?

A: Semi-formal attire. Since we will be surrounded by redwoods during our favorite time of year, we encourage our guests to wear FALL colors! (oranges, yellows, greens, browns)

Q: Do I have to stay onsite at the Waterfall Lodge?

A: No, but we do have sixteen cabins that we are required to fill the night of the wedding, so we hope you choose to stay onsite with us! Cabins will be available to book for both Wednesday and Thursday night for those that may be coming in early.

Q: Can I bring kids and/or a plus one?

A: While we love your little ones, due to limited capacity at our venue our wedding will be adults only. Invites will indicate whether a plus one will be available to you.

Q: What date should I RSVP by?

A: We ask that our guests RSVP by August 31st 2024.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: If you are staying in a cabin the night of the wedding, check in is at 1:00pm.

If you are shuttling in, plan to arrive at the parking lot between 1:30 and 2:00 to ensure you have time to look around our gorgeous venue!
