Things to Do

Please keep in mind, the resort of Keystone is in its off season so some restaurants and shops will not be open.

Hiking

West Ridge Trail From Loveland Pass

This is a high reward low risk trail we highly recommend for AMAZING views.

Wanting a hike in Keystone check out this mild hike around a ridge (walking distance from Keystone Lodge and Spa) or this moderate hike to an inactive mine!

Lake Dillon

Rent a Kayak or Paddle board on Lake Dillon

The Dillon Reservoir, also known as Lake Dillon, is one of Summit County’s biggest draws, encompassing around 3,233 surface acres of water and a shoreline of nearly 27 miles. It’s surrounded by Dillon and Frisco on either side, with Silverthorne sitting just below the dam.

The Denver Water Board voted to build a dam in the Rockies to secure water for the Front Range in the late 1950s. The Old Town of Dillon actually sits at the bottom of Lake Dillon, so there really is an underwater ghost town in Summit County.

Downtown Breckenridge

Looking for something a little less adventurous? Stroll along main street to take in the shops, galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The town of Breckenridge is open all year round as is one of the best mountain towns in the state!

Mine Tours

Thinking of exploring outside of Keystone? Check out these mine tours that will leave you in awe!

Country Boy Mines

Georgetown Loop Rain Road (this is a great stop on your way back to Denver)

White Water Rafting

Hop in a raft with your guide and friends, and paddle down the scenic Upper Colorado River! Sections of Class l & ll rapids in narrow canyons alternate with pasturelands and a riverside hot springs that we'll stop at, flows permitting.
