Once upon a time, in the charming little town of Fond Du Lac, a young woman named Ciara was working at the 102nd Military Police Unit.

She had a passion for helping people, and serving her country balancing work life with her Dental career.

A Motor Sergeant, who ran the HUM V's and military vehicles named John worked within the same Unit. He was hardheaded, but deep down he had a kind demeanor.

One sunny afternoon, fate decided to play matchmaker. Ciara, pacing back and forth amongst empty hallways looking for anyone in bumped into John. Their eyes met—a serendipitous collision of souls.

“Excuse me,” John said, his voice as soft as a brushstroke. “But why haven't you left for lunch yet?”

Ciara blushed and confused responded "I had no idea everyone left, and no one had told me I could be excused for lunch".

"Why don't you join me for lunch. I will drive you to one of my favorite lunch spots in town".

And so began their delightful dance. John drove Ciara to Eaton's while engaging in conversation with her during the car ride. Upon arrival, Ciara could see the kind gentle way he captured himself. She purposely ordered his same meal, enjoying the company they shared together. John graciously offered to pay for her food, and they talked about the type of music and food they enjoyed eating. From there, their story took off.

As weeks turned into months, their hearts intertwined like ivy climbing a trellis. They discovered shared laughter in the simplest of dates, talked till morning sunrise, and embraced eachother in the moon’s silver glow.

One sunny afternoon, John surprised Ciara with a trip to a field of Sunflowers. They walked amongst the tall, flowered field, snipping and collecting the stemmed branches. They found themselves amongst a path, with the sun setting. A perfect idea for a picture in both of their minds. As Ciara worked the camera on her phone snapping pictures of her love and children, John's face grew red. Mumbles and incomplete sentences filled the air, but Ciara knew. And with that, both teared up, knowing they would take their next step in life together.

And so, in the garden where Sunflowers grew side by side, their love was destined, a story that will continue to be told forever. <3
