Ciara and Tim met at King Solomon United Baptist Church, where they are both members. In 2011, Tim moved to Jacksonville to be with his grandmother, Ms. Eddie Mae Williams, and his father, the late Victor Williams. At one of the church services, Tim saw Ciara serving at church and was fascinated by her.

When Tim first met Ciara, he told her that God told him that Ciara was going to be his wife. Ciara was not buying it! She brushed him off, thought he was playing games on her, and most importantly God didn't tell her so she was not having it.

After Tim dad's passed away, Ciara sent a Facebook Message to check in on him while he was away working as a merchant seaman. That was the beginning. After Tim returned from his run, Ciara and Tim went out on their first date. From then on, they continued to grow in friendship and continued to get to know one another.

On November 5, 2022, Tim and Ciara officially became a couple. After Ciara went to visit Tim in New Orleans in March 2024, Tim decided to make Ciara his one and only forever. He proposed to her and she gladly accepted.

On November 9th, 2024, they will become one as husband and wife. November will forever be close to their hearts. Both of their birthdays are in November( 5 days apart) they officially started dating in November, and now their future wedding anniversary will be in November. They are both looking forward to spending their lives together forever.
