Tye is the proud brides first born son. He is tooooo much like his mom in all the wrong/right ways. He brings joy and laughter to our lives, and we couldn't be more proud to see him become a future police officer! As he was just accepted into the academy this summer! Our big day would not be as fun and spontaneous without him! Tye was truly his mother's first true love ❤️ Now Tye can focus on his future since he is confident his mother is in the best hands ever 🙏🏻

Mychal has been my sister from the moment we met at 15 years old! She has been my forever friend for 20 years, how time sincerely does fly by. Madea said it best "I put everyone that comes into my life in the category of a tree..." You have your leaves, branches, and the roots of a tree. Leaves - are people that come and go like the seasons change, they are unstable. Branches - are the people that come into your life that you have to be careful with the most! They will make a fool of you. They are strong one moment, but the minute you step or lean on that branch, they will leave you high and dry! Roots - these are the people that are extremely hard to find. THIER one job is to hold up the tree, and never trying to be seen. Their one job is to nourish, love, and make sure that tree is always stable and happy! Even through an awful storm that root will ALWAYS hold up that tree. Mychal is the root to my tree.
