Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 16.9% plus a $5.00 per night State of Georgia Hotel Motel fee) in effect at the time of check out.
Reservations for all guests must be received on or before Tuesday, May 5, 2026, (the “Cutoff Date”). After the Cutoff Date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel’s discretion, will accept reservations at Ortiz/Abdul-Salaam’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.
CharterUP Shuttle Service
There will be a shuttle service that will transport guests from the hotel and the wedding venue starting at 3pm. Additionally, the shuttle service will start transporting guests from the venue to the hotel at 9:30pm and continue until 10:30pm.
Parking
Upon arrival to the wedding venue, there is a self-parking area with parking attendants available to help with directing available spots. Once you enter the property, please follow the signs to the designated parking area. For those unable to walk from the parking area to the wedding ceremony area, the parking attendants will be in golf carts and able to shuttle people to the ceremony area.
