To help make your travel planning as smooth as possible, please keep the following details in mind:

Final room payments are due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.

Please arrange your airport transportation at least two weeks before arrival. Guests staying four or more nights will receive included transportation when booking through Moon Palace. For guests staying the three-night minimum, transportation may still be arranged through Moon Palace for an additional fee.

We would love for all of our guests to stay with us at Moon Palace – The Grand! Guests may also choose to stay at Moon Palace Nizuc or Sunrise; however, there are a few important resort policies to consider when making your selection.

To host our wedding festivities at The Grand, Moon Palace requires the majority of our guests to stay at The Grand. Guests staying at Nizuc, Sunrise, or another resort will need to purchase a day pass to attend the ceremony and reception.

Day passes for The Grand can only be guaranteed on our wedding day, April 17, from 4:00–10:00 p.m. Availability on other days of the trip cannot be guaranteed.

Of course, the future DuPonts make excellent pool-bar company, so we would truly love to have everyone staying at The Grand and enjoying the resort with us!
