FYI For Travel Agent Booking

1 - The Resort requires a minimum of 4 night stay; we were able to decrease this to 3 nights with a room block, but this means all travel booked through the agent defaults for Nov 7-10th (3 nights)

2 - If you want to stay additional days, please contact the travel agent through the link! Generally the hotel will give you the same room and rate for up to 7 days before/after the mandatory block, but this becomes subject to availability so the sooner you book, the more likely you are to lock in the same room/rate

3 - These requests have to go from the agent to the hotel, so it takes up to 7 days for full confirmation if adding additional dates

4 - The agent charges you for the deposit ($100 per person) and will send the invoice with the remainder of your balance to email. These charges appear as the total for each guest for the initial 3 days

5 - If you have a room request which isn't available on the booking portal, please reach out to Ashley! They only allow a certain number of suites to be reserved with a room block, but the earlier you ask the more likely you are to get the upgrade at the discounted rate
