Well technically... Cindy and Alvin met online through Bumble. So, she had to message first. Some of you may be confused and think they met through a mutual friend. Well… that was a cover-up. SURPRISE! Sorry aunties and parents!

Their first date was in Portsmouth, NH on 11/4/2018. To be truthful, Cindy was not impressed with the first date. But Alvin thought otherwise... He even got a parking ticket!

After many tries and follow up from Alvin, Cindy decided to give him another chance. It took them months of talking and numerous dates before she opened up to him. They would travel an hour each way to see each other. As Alvin would say, Cindy was playing hard to get.

Soon enough, short texts turned into long late-night calls. They finally made it official on 1/9/2019.
