We first met in 2022 through our mutual best friend. She knew we were both looking for something and had him add me on Facebook.

We started talking every day and were getting to know each other. A few weeks later, we met up for dinner at Applebee's. There was a little bit of nervous awkwardness, but we shared a bit of our lives and got comfortable just talking. The date ended with a kiss, and we went our separate ways.

We continued to talk and hang out a few more times, as our feelings for each other grew stronger. Before long, we were officially dating. We spent more time together, met each other's families, and enjoyed each other's company.

He met my boys and they hit it off. They love him, and the feeling is mutual. From then, we knew our relationship was leaning towards marriage and spending our life together. And now we are getting ready to celebrate the rest of our lives!
