Q + A

Can I BYOB?

Our venue has strict regulations regarding the handling of beverages (INCLUDING ALCOHOL). We will be the ones responsible for providing beverages. DO NOT BRING ANY AlCOHOL on site, the venue DOES NOT allow BYOB.

How do I RSVP?

We hope you will be able to join us on our special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP section that you can click on and let us know your plans right here on our website.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

You are more than welcome to bring your children. Please make sure to include them in your RSVP so we can make an appropriate headcount. If you decide to bring your children, please keep in mind that there will not be any childcare on site, so you are responsible for looking after your little ones.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation unless otherwise discussed with the bride or groom. If you have any questions, please reach out.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please get us your RSVP by June 1st. As this is an exclusive event, we kindly request that you RSVP by the deadline. Failure to do so may result in your spot being offered to someone else.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or cocktail attire. You should wear something that makes you comfortable, whether that's a button-up shirt, a long flowy dress, or anything that brings you joy. Since the ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting), we suggest avoiding high heels. We DO NOT require you to wear a specific color.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

We will not be providing any formal transportation for the events, but there is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Lyft or Uber is a great option for those who don’t wish to drive. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. DISCLAIMER: Those who choose to drive to the venue cannot leave their cars overnight as you will not be able to pick up your car until the following Tuesday. The Venue will tow your car if left in front of the catering entrance or blocking driveway access.

What weather should I expect?

While we cannot guarantee anything, please keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting), while the reception will take place indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple and the bridal party will be taking pictures. Cocktail hour will follow during this time. Dinner will be served around 6:30-7 pm, with dancing to follow.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

We want to make sure you enjoy your meal on our wedding day, so please let us know about your dietary needs when you RSVP.

Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?

While we appreciate the gesture, we've been living together for a while now, and our home is already set up with all the pots and pans we need. Rather than a traditional wedding registry, we'd love it if you could contribute to our honeymoon fund. We're dreaming of some fun in the sun and would be so grateful for any help in making that a reality. We understand if you prefer to give a physical gift, but we wanted to put the idea out there. Thanks for considering it, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We love photos! However, we ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we'd like that time to be unplugged. A photographer will be on-site to capture these beautiful moments. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take pictures.

I have a question that I just can’t find the answer to, what is the best way to contact you?

Please reach out to the bride's cell (469-231-3102). Please include your name if sending a text message.
