Wedding Party

Q + A

Stouts Island Lodge is roughly a two hour drive from Saint Paul. The Lodge has a two night stay minimum. We would love for you to stay on the island with us for the weekend. We have the island to ourselves (Stelter/Costa guests only) beginning Friday afternoon 9/6 until check out on Sunday 9/8. We will host a welcome dinner Friday evening for those who are able to join us. Given the limited space on the island, we have taken the time to preliminarily assign rooms to our guests. Should you prefer another room, we will consider requested adjustments after all RSVPs are received. Thank you for your understanding. You may begin booking your assigned rooms with Stouts Island on March 28. Additional information will be added to this page as it becomes available.

Red Cedar Lake is located in Barron County, Wisconsin. This lake is 1,841 acres in size. It is 53.00 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Large and Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Panfish and Walleye. Fishing poles and bait can be found near the boat house. If you need assistance, simply ask a boatdriver or any staff member and they would be glad to help you. Stout’s does not provide fishing licenses, but you can purchase them from nearby stores such as Mikana General Store and Seasonal Power Toys, located just a few miles from their parking lot. Staff will happily assist in transporting equipment.

There is a swimming dock and raft just off the south lawn. This area is reserved exclusively for swimmers. Please do not swim in the area around the boathouse as it is very busy there and dangerous.
