Transportation:

Due to our venue being a private residence, there is NO parking on-site. We have therefore planned transportation to and from our ceremony and reception for each of our guests. Please read the options below and indicate your travel plans with your RSVP.

1. Shuttle from Roanoke -

Shuttles from each of the provided hotels listed on our website will depart only once, promptly, at 4PM

Shuttles will return groups of guests at set times throughout the night, to your hotel of embarkment, until 11PM.

2. Shuttle from off-site parking -

Shuttles from off-site parking lot will start promptly at 4:30PM and carry the last arrival shuttle at 5:00PM.

Shuttles will return groups of guests to the parking lot, at set times throughout the night, until 11PM.

Please keep in mind, ride services such as Uber / Lift / etc. are non-existent at our venue's location. Please do not plan on alternate transportation using these services.

Weather:

This will be an outdoor event. Although we pray for sunshine, there will be adequate tent coverage should inclement weather arise.

Attire:

We kindly ask for Black-tie optional attire, however, please choose your footwear accordingly for an outdoor venue.
