Our Wedding

We met at the College of Wooster in January of 2020. We went on a handful of incredible dates and decided to make it official just in time to be sent home for lockdown in March of 2020. We spent two years navigating our relationship through the pandemic while never knowing when we'd be allowed on campus to see each other. By Keegan's senior year, we were back on campus full time and spent every moment we could investing in our relationship in preparation of Keegan's upcoming move to law school. Imagine the excitement when Georgetown University provided Keegan his acceptance letter! We could finally start envisioning our future together, right near Claira's home. Keegan proposed on August 20th, 2023. We decided to enjoy a long engagement and plan our wedding for after Keegan takes the bar in July of 2025. August 2025 it is! We're so excited for you to come celebrate our union. We feel so blessed to have such a large community of friends and family who have supported us along the way. We can't wait to spend our special day with all of you!

Ellie has been my built in best friend since day one! This wedding would not be happening without the support she’s given me (and her resounding endorsement of Keegan for the slot of her new brother, of course!). Ellie’s been by my side my entire life, and that’s where she’ll be on our special day!

Mackenzie’s is my soon-to-be sister-in-law and has become one of my closest friends! I had the honor of serving as one of her bridesmaids when she married Keegan’s twin brother, Caleb, in April of 2024. I’m so grateful that she will be by my side as well!

Lily Kate and I have been inseparable since our freshman year at Wooster. She was the first to vet Keegan as my future husband! She’s been alongside me in my relationship for its entirety, and I’m so happy she’ll be standing with me when Keegan and I tie the knot!

Abby has been a lifelong friend as my cousin, and officially became my bonus-sister when she moved from CA to DC for college! For all intents and purposes, she’s gaining Keegan as brother-in-law, too!

Sylvia is my younger cousin who I had the privilege of growing much closer to when she decided to join me at Wooster! Through our rugby team and our shared econ-major, we became really close friends on top of being cousins!

My wonderful cousin Amelia is coming all the way from UCLA to be by my side for this special day! Mia is the sweetest and brightest among us - an aspiring medical student who's spending her summer volunteering as a medical assistant in Oaxaca, Mexico! I'm so happy she'll be back in time to celebrate with us!

Megan is the best bonus big sister I could ask for! Through her relationship with Keegan’s older brother, Tyger, Megan and I have formed an incredible friendship. I’m so excited for us to be joining the same family and for her to be there to support me on the big day!

Mya and I have been friends since grade school. In middle school, we were practically inseparable! I’m so grateful to have my life-long friend with me for such a momentous occasion.

Keegan’s wonderful sister and our amazing first nephew will be presenting us our rings on our special day, when Silas will be 6 months old. With great cuteness comes great responsibility! Victoria has embraced motherhood so gracefully, and it’s been incredible to watch her and Silas grow together. We’re so grateful that they will both be sharing this special moment with us!

Caleb is my identical twin brother who has been my best friend since I was born. He is fun, driven, and an all-around good time. He currently is the center back for Southern Indiana F.C., works for Indy 11 as a camp director, and is married to Mackenzie King!

Tyger is my older brother and birthday twin. Even though he is 3 years older than Caleb and I, we all share a birthday! Tyger is an excellent older brother and is the strongest of the men in the King Family. He is currently a Muscle Activation Therapist and is engaged to Megan Mulvaney.

Michael has been a dear friend to us both since our early days at Wooster. He’s served as a confidant and coach for us individually and together, through the thick and thin of our relationship. We would not be here today without him, and we are so excited that he will be serving as a best man on our wedding day.

Eric Lindquist is the newest of my friends. We met in our highschool Jazz band, but we did not really get to know each other until he started working with me at Chipotle. Eric is a hard working and kind young man whose fraternity I deeply appreciate.  He is a classic "car" guy and is currently studying engineering at the University of Cincinnati.

Sam King is a brother from another mother. Despite our last names we are not related. Sam is apart of my oldest group of friends from elementary school. We played on the same recreational soccer team, the Purple Pirates, and always used to use his house as a hang out spot for our neighborhood friend group. Sam graduated from U.C. with a major in marketing and a minor in fine arts and currently works as a products manager at Snow Commerce. Inc. 

Samuel King

I met Tyler for the first time on a bus in middle school. At the time he was just a transfer student who talked a lot of game about being a better basketball player than I was, but after spending some time with him, and getting a couple of games in, he fit right in to my friend group. Tyler is an avid chess player and, more often than not, he gets the better of me over the board. Tyler graduated from U.C. with a degree in Finance and currently works as a Treasury Analyst for Federal Home Loan Bank.

Alex and I have been friends since elementary school. We spent a lot of time together through the Jazz and Concert band programs in middle and highschool. Alex graduated from NKU with a degree in Computer Science and currently works as a software engineer for Kroger, but also aims to be a pilot for the air force in the future.

Zach is also a part of my oldest friend group. We met in elementary school and played soccer on the purple pirates together. We the went on to play soccer together at Turpin. Zach was my lifting partner beginning in middle school and picked up CrossFit not too long thereafter. Zach graduated from U.C. with a degree in Medical Sciences and is currently in Pilot's school in Arizona.

Carson is also a part of my oldest friend group. Carson is the only one of my groomsman who lived in my childhood neighborhood. Our bus to elementary picked us up in the driveway of his house. When I met Carson he was a gymnast and avid Steelers fan. Carson graduated from Southern Illinois with a degree in aviation Management  and is currently flies for United Airlines.

Joey is also apart of my oldest friend group. Joey also played on the Purple Pirates. We used to have giant nerf wars in his basement, play tennis, or meet there to ride bikes through the neighborhood. Joey played goal keeper for Turpin and is currently studying International Relations at U.C. 


Joey Mangan 

Ryan is another member of my oldest friend group. While we played on the same select soccer team for a while, Ryan betrayed all of us by going to Turpin's rival highschool (Anderson) and for 4 years we were on rival teams. Despite his attendance at Anderson, Ryan and I have a great and competitive friendship. Ryan graduated from Saint Thomas Moore University with a degree in Business and a minor in sports administration.

We're so excited for you to book your stay for our wedding! We currently have room blocks ready for booking at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Holiday Inn Express. The Best Western Kent Narrows, the Quality Inn Kent Island, and the Hyatt Place Kent Narrows and Marina are also in Stevensville, although we do not currently have any blocks at these hotels. Stevensville is a beautiful location in proximity to many waterfront cities, including Annapolis and St. Micheals. While we will not have room blocks reserved outside of Stevensville, we encourage you to book wherever you feel you'll make the most out of the long weekend! However, please be aware that if you are staying on the west side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, traffic over Labor Day Weekend will be very heavy. Please factor this in to your transportation considerations for the weekend. We're so excited for you all to get the Maryland experience!

We're so excited that you're looking to make the most out of our wedding weekend. We are very happy to be getting married in such a beautiful area in proximity to many incredible places including Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and several Maryland and Delaware beaches! We encourage you to plan yourselves a fun-packed weekend; please check out our guide below if you're unfamiliar with the area and are looking for ideas!

Excellent choice! We highly recommend visiting the National Mall where you'll see the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Capitol Building, and so much more. Take a short stroll from there down to the Tidal Basin for excellent water-front views of the Jefferson Memorial (and bonus! this is where we got engaged, so it's definitely our favorite spot). I want to go to D.C.!

This is a Marylander-approved choice! Our favorite thing to do in Baltimore is visit the Inner Harbor. It is home to a vast array of restaurants, museums, and our personal recommendation: the National Aquarium. You'll also find some historic ships docked at the harbor that you can tour, and various other water-front activities for adults and children to enjoy. Bonus points if you enjoy some Maryland Blue crabs while you visit! I want to go to Baltimore!

Now that's our kind of weekend! We've enjoyed making the short trip to the coast every summer to take advantage of the fantastic Maryland and Delaware beaches. Our personal favorite is Rehoboth Beach, DE, which is a 2 hour drive from our venue. Rehoboth is the perfect beach for a quick day-trip. It is family-friendly with a fantastic boardwalk, which includes all of the Thrasher's French Fries and Khor Bro's Ice Cream your heart could desire--not to mention Funland! Visiting Rehoboth is the best way to make your wedding travel feel like a vacation. Just don't forget your sunscreen! I want go to the beach!

You have great taste! Annapolis, the capital of the best state, is a beautiful waterfront city that is both historical and picturesque. Annapolis is on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The city is very walkable and quaint, but has its fair share of adventure to offer! Walk along the water and enjoy browsing the many shops (with some ice cream, of course!), enjoy some bars and restaurants serving excellent Maryland sea-food, or take a kayaking tour to see various historical sights, homes, and the United States Naval Academy!
