Nope! Although we love your little ones, please respect that this is a child free wedding.

Our dress attire is formal, black-tie optional. Please wear attire including suits, tuxedos, formal cocktail, and formal dresses. Absolutely no jeans, shorts, non-collared shirts, or flip flops!

We will only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to RSVP for them (the persons name will be indicated on the invitation). If you do not receive a plus one on your invitation, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. All unanswered invitations will be marked as “regretfully decline” on April 1st. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park if driving, find the ceremony space, grab a drink, and find your seat. Please note, if you arrive late to the ceremony, you will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to be seated.

Yes! We have a block of discounted Lodge Village guest rooms, as well as housing through Sunriver included in the housing block. Please see our travel and lodging page for more information. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible as the resort sells out on weekends!

Yes, please coordinate a rental car or Uber as Sunriver is a good distance from the Redmond Airport. However, once in Sunriver please enjoy the beautiful walking and bike paths!

Yes, there will be available parking at the Main Lodge. If you are staying close by in Sunriver, we recommend you walk or bike home if you plan on drinking. We want all of our guests to arrive and depart safely!

During the ceremony, we ask that cellphones are put away. We have an incredible photographer capturing our ceremony, plus that way our guests will remain present in our I DOs. After the ceremony, it's free game!
