Please note that 2025 is the year of the Jubilee. This is considered a holy year for the Catholic Church, making Rome a major destination for celebrations from Catholics around the world. With this in mind, we recommend making travel arrangements as soon as possible to be mindful of costs and availability. **A new EU travel visa is required for Canadian travellers starting in May 2025** Please take note of and acquire the required documentation prior to your travels. We will take care of all the formalities required to reserve your room once we receive your RSVP. When all RSVPs have been submitted (by February 9th), we will provide further details regarding room assignments and required payment to finalize your booking.

The welcome dinner will be an outdoor pizza party. "European summer chic" attire is recommended. Think long flowy summer dresses and linen button-ups. Feel free to have fun with these outfits! The wedding ceremony and reception are formal. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns. Men are requested to wear suits; ties are optional. Light and colourful hues are invited; please avoid dark or harsh tones (i.e., black, red). Dress to impress; don't be afraid to upstage the bride ;) The farewell breakfast will be casual summer attire. Given the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accomodate guests formally named on your wedding invitation. We hope you'll be able to meet up with your loved ones for travel before or after our wedding weekend!

The venue is located at Via Capitan Goro, 12, 52021 Bucine AR. Florence is the closest international airport, just over an hour drive away. The drive from Rome airport is 2.5 hours. There is ample guest parking available at the venue if you rent a car for your travels. There is an option to train into the nearest town, however, please note that a car transfer would be required from the train station to the venue as taxi availability is limited. Check-in will occur on Friday, August 8th, from 3 pm to 7 pm. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to get settled and refresh for the welcome dinner, which will begin at 7 pm. Check-out will be on Sunday, August 10th following the farewell breakfast.

Daily breakfast is included in your stay, between 8-10 am on the terrace. Sweet and savory options will be available in a buffet style, including freshly baked croissants and bread, homemade cakes and cookies, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, yogurt, and jams. To accompany breakfast, teas, coffees, milk, cappuccino, espresso, and fresh fruit juices will be available. Lunch options and beverages will be available at the cafe/bar for a small fee between 11 am and 9 pm daily and can be enjoyed on the patio or poolside.

Many of the rooms require access via a staircase. Please let us know if you would like to request a ground-level accessible room. The terrace, cafe, and gathering areas are a short walking distance from all rooms. Please note, that the property is made up of a variety of terrain, including cobblestone, gravel, and grass. Though well maintained, you may choose to consider this factor when packing footwear.
