SHOUTOUT TO HINGE!

Written by Carter Johnson

Buckle your seatbelts, we need to discuss how Carter and Claire came to be first dates, to interested in one another, to excited and giggly, to in love, and to happily ever after.

It started with an online dating app. Claire and Carter both wanted to find someone special, and it was clear from the first date, a bright new future was being shown. Carter knew he could NOT mess this up, and everyone that was close to him was quick to remind him of that. In Carters eyes, he knew Claire was the best thing for him.

Along came date 3, 4, 5, and so on. It was time to meet that families. A nervous, but exciting time.

Carter took every advantage he had to show off his better half to a loud but welcoming family. Claire didn’t take just anyone home to the family. A group that needed to be won over, from Carter, and Claire was so proud once she knew he had.

Fast forward through all the after work debriefs, countless dinner dates, the next step was evident. Claire and sister Della were moving on from being long lasting roommates and Carter literally sold his house for her. A new 650ft apartment shared with a big a labrador will really test your relationship. The two would pass with flying colors. They knew the face they were coming home to everyday was too last forever and that brought a lot of joy to both of them.

It was a random Tuesday when Carter decided to call sister Della and sister Kenzie and tell them that he was going to propose that same day. He could not wait any longer. He'd tell you it was the best decision he has ever made.

Life now is pure sweetness. Getting married surrounded by all their loved ones and buying the grandparents' house to start new chapter. Let's celebrate this united couple and pray for sweetness forever. They will be doing the same for all of you.
