If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful. The last day to RSVP is August 1st, 2024. If we don’t get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendor in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand!

Book before August 29th no later - Call Horseshoe Valleys reservation department at 1-800-461-5627. Identify yourself as part of the “Ball and Hook wedding group”. It is a 2 night minimum.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 3:30pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule.

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting, semi-formal attire. For example, woman are welcome to wear any semi-formal dress they would like ( we aren’t hosting the MET gala, so don’t think you have to dress too fancy). Men can wear a button up, dress pants/khakis, and a suit jacket (if they so desire or no jacket, up to you) feel free to reach out with any questions.

we kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride- white, cream, and ivories. Avoid wearing Burgundy/cabernet and navy blue if possible. thank you :)

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired 2 amazing photographers to capture all the special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception. we are going to have a QR code to scan at the reception so everyone can take pictures that will go to the same album for everyone to access and share.
