Transportation will be provided to and from Indian Hills for the Welcome Party. Buses will depart from Hotel Indigo and Homewood Suites at 7:15pm and The Alamite Hotel and Embassy Suites at 7:30pm with return trips at 9:00pm and 10:00pm.

Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception for out-of-town guests. Guests wishing to utilize transportation should be in the hotel lobby at 4:00pm for a prompt 4:15pm departure. Please be advised that buses will be running between multiple hotels (Hotel Indigo, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, The Alamite Hotel, and Residence Inn), so be on the lookout for transportation as there is the possibility that multiple buses will be stopping at your hotel. Buses will make return trips every 30 minutes beginning at 8:30pm. The final departure will be at 10:15pm.
