Claire and Braden met at their alma mater, the University of Tulsa, through their roles in Student Association. In fact, one of their first interactions was when Claire, the Chief Justice, had to call Braden, the Vice President, to judicial trial because his Senate was being sued! (Great start, right??)

All kidding aside, the more time Braden and Claire spent together at SA events, the more they realized they were bound to be more than just friends. Braden eventually asked Claire to the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity semi-formal, and the rest is history.

The next one and one-half years of dating (first at TU and then long-distance during quarantine and the 2020-2021 school year) increasingly proved that Claire and Braden were meant to spend forever together.

Braden proposed on August 6th, 2021 in Chillicothe, and Claire’s “yes, of course!” was the easiest and most exciting answer of her life.

After the wedding in May, Mr. and Mrs. Wright plan to honeymoon in paradise (Jamaica!) before returning to the University of Missouri for law school (2L) and medical school (M3), respectively.
