We met in French class, the most romantic of places of course!

We both have different stories, Claire says that she thought Peter looked the most normal (if you went to UMW, you know what we mean), so she sat next to him, while Peter thought Claire looked the most pretty and hoped she'd sit next to him. We bonded over our love for hiking and the outdoors, as well as our professor's vendetta against both of us. Claire spent the coming months trying to get Peter to meet her in the local college hang out spots, while Peter, too shy, stayed in his dorm playing video games. Finally, Peter decided to gain some courage and headed to the bar to meet Claire. The rest is, as they say, history!

We've been through a lot since then, including Covid Lockdown, a move to South Carolina, new jobs, a move to Colorado, getting two pets together, countless miles of hiking, a shocking amount of miles driven, 8 different ski resorts, 6 different climbing gyms, and approximately 4 of Peter's cars that just keep breaking. We continue to bond over hiking and the outdoors, on a mission to summit all of Colorado's 14ers and ski all the major resorts included on our ski passes. We are grateful to be where we are today and we love all of you for supporting us along the way!
