The dress code is formal/black tie optional. Suits are encouraged, as are cocktail or floor-length dresses. We invite you to dress in comfortable, yet fashionable attire. Whatever you wear, make sure it allows for busting a move on the dance floor!

October in Pensacola is typically a very comfortable month, with lows in the 60s and highs in the upper 70s. Rain is unlikely, but possible. Bringing a jacket and/or umbrella on outings is recommended out of an abundance of caution.

We have room blocks reserved at two different hotels - the Hampton Inn on Pensacola Beach, and the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Pensacola. Please visit the Travel/Accommodations section of our website for booking and other pertinent information. Guests are also free to book at other hotels, Airbnb rentals, etc., to ensure everyone is comfortable with their individual accommodations. ***Note for non-locals: Please be advised that Pensacola Beach is roughly 30 minutes away from the Pensacola Yacht Club.***

Our ceremony will have a hard start time of 4:00pm CDT. Please allow yourself time to park, make your way to the ceremony space, and get settled into your seat.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Pensacola Yacht Club. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn, overlooking the water, and the reception will happen inside the ballroom. The Pensacola Yacht Club is wheelchair/handicap accessible.

Yes, the Pensacola Yacht Club has an on-site parking lot that allows for overnight parking. Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis can easily be used for drop-off/pick-up at the venue.

Your formal invitation will indicate whether or not there have been additional seats reserved in your honor, and how many. Due to space limitations, we are unable to guarantee plus-ones for every guest, nor are we able to accommodate children, aside from those included in the bridal party. We encourage you to use this event as a date night or brief reprieve from parental duties - please enjoy yourself!

Our venue does not have the space to accommodate on-site childcare during our wedding, thus we do not have plans in place to facilitate childcare. However, please check back on this question periodically in the event any recommendations or alternative childcare options become available.

Absolutely! While our registry serves as a wish list, we're more than grateful to accept any gifts our guests feel fit. This includes monetary gifts, for which we would be incredibly appreciative as we put such contributions towards our home improvement endeavors.

We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the special moments throughout our wedding day. During our "unplugged ceremony," we ask our guests to kindly turn off/silence all electronics. Outside of the ceremony, any pictures and videos are welcomed and invited, so long as no professional photography/videography is utilized (as per the contract with our photographer).

Our reception will utilize a buffet-style meal service. Due to allergies among the bridal party, no shellfish will be served at the wedding. Our venue also acts as our caterer, and is capable of preparing specific meals to comply with other strict dietary conditions, upon advance request.
