We’re so excited to have you join us in Nashville for our wedding weekend! As Nashville is a popular tourist destination, there are plenty of things to see and do. However, please note that our wedding weekend coincides with the St. Jude Rock & Roll Marathon. This is a major event in the city, and it can affect hotel availability and traffic. Be sure to book your accommodations early, as many hotels fill up quickly.

The bus will arrive at 4:30 PM and will depart promptly at 4:50 PM. Please be on time—it will not wait!
You’ll be dropped off directly at our reception site.
Return to Hotel:
An early return bus will depart at 9:00 PM.
The final bus will leave the reception at 10:05 PM to take you back to the hotel.
