We want everyone to be present during our ceremony, therefore we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please turn off or silence all phones during the ceremony portion of the day. Our incredible photographer and videographers will be capturing all the special moments, which we would be happy to send you upon request! You can take as many photos throughout the cocktail hour and reception as you would like, go crazy!

We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue around 2:45 pm. There will be a shuttle transporting guest from the hotel to the venue. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm.

Yes, there is a shuttle that will be taking guests from the Springhill Suites Fredrick to Dulany's Overlook. You can also drive yourself to our venue, if you prefer that! Please make your way to this location and there will be shuttle services providing transportation.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Springhill Suites Fredrick for our guest. All information regarding hotels can be found under the hotel tab on our website!

Although we love your children, we will not be able to accommodate them at our wedding. Due to the limited numbers and space at our venue. This applies to all children including infants, toddlers, and teens.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses or floor-length dresses and the gentlemen can wear a suit and a tie. The ceremony will be outside, please bring a shawl for warmth.

Due to the limited capability of our venue, we are not going to be able to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically stated on your invitation.

Yes! We will have assortment of wines, spirits, and beer available; including a speciality cocktail. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Yes! There will be parking at our venue, if you would prefer to drive.

Yes! We would love to keep the party going after our reception has wrapped up. We will be having an afterparty on the rooftop bar at Springhill Suites Fredrick for anyone who would enjoy one last celebratory drink!
