It all started in the basement at a campus social—because, as we all know, love has a funny way of showing up in the most unexpected places. That’s where Claire first met Kory. The catch? Kory doesn’t even remember. A moment that could’ve sparked their love story was, for him, just another night in the college blur.Over the next three years, life kept weaving their paths together. From Greek life events to mutual friends’ get-togethers, Claire and Kory kept crossing paths. They exchanged a few smiles, a casual conversation here and there, maybe even a quick wave across the room. But that was it. They were both dating other people and had no idea their future was just steps away.Fast forward five years. Enter: Tinder. Claire took a chance and sent Kory a message: “Nice ‘stache.” Short, sweet, and unexpectedly charming. Kory was intrigued, and before they knew it, they were sitting across from each other at breakfast, talking for nearly four hours like no time had passed at all.They had such a great time, they made plans that very same evening for dinner. Because when it feels right, it just is right—and sometimes, two meals in one day is the only logical next step.From that point on, everything changed. What started as a missed connection in college became something real, thanks to a little timing, a little technology, and a very memorable mustache compliment. It's a love story that proves sometimes the best beginnings come with a second chance.
