Aaron and Claire met in March 2019 through mutual friends at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Tx. When Claire met Aaron in 2019, she told her youngest sister she would marry him one day. When she met him, she admired his positive energy, laugh, and smile. He always liked her confidence, smile, good sense of humor, and thought their energy matched. For the next year, they became great friends and continued to spend time together watching sports, playing games, and enjoying each others company.

In February 2020, Aaron and Claire began talking and then started officially dating May 2020. They both continued to attend college at ASU until Aaron graduated in December 2020. He moved back to De Leon, Tx and they did distance until Claire graduated in December 2021, when she moved to Aaron. Since then, they have raised a dog, Junie, and are working together on their forever home in Desdemona, Tx.
